Exquisite Castagnari Benny, 3 voice button accordion in the keys of GC made in Italy in 2020. It is in mint condition. There is no wear on the bellows and the case is exquisite. It truly looks new. No ‘buckle rash’. The case is cherry and is beautiful. It has the wooden Castagnari cursive logo. The original bellows are tight and barely broken in. It has 33 treble buttons, 23 for G & C plus ten accidentals on a third row. It has 12 bass buttons. Please see the layout in the picture area for details on the configuration. It is a 3rd button start. This features fine Italian tipo-a-mano Voci Armoniche steel reeds on aluminum reedplates. The wooden grill is perfect as is the grill screen. The wooden keyboard is intact with no apparent wear. The bass (velcro adjustable) and bellows straps look new. It has shoulder strap brackets and two original Castagnari corduroy straps. It will be shipped in its original Castagnari gig bag.

The Benny has 2 voices in MM configuration. There is one stop on the bass side that controls the thirds of the chords. It features Voci Armaniche tipo-a-mano reeds. I have just tuned the instrument now. The MM reeds were tuned to give about 01.4 Hz tremolo low notes to 6 Hz high notes.

This is a fine example of Castagnari craftsmanship in mint condition. This model is still available for sale new today around $4000 in the US so here is an opportunity to own an almost new Italian instrument for a substantial discount.
