Bellinger’s Button Boxes Blog Begins
I’ve decided to add a blog to the website to highlight some of my tools and projects being worked on. Here is a picture of some of the specialized hand tools I have made, adapted or modified. Each one will receive a brief description. Let’s will start with button return spring pliers:
The jaws were ground down to fit in the tight space between the lever arm and bottom of the keyboard. Here it is with the spring compressed, ready for insertion.
The main benefit of this is that a spring can be replaced without removing the lever axle and all the other adjacent levers- a big time saver.
