Early European two voice CF button accordion, unrestored

Excellent condition early European two voice in CF. Unrestored. Circa 1920.

SKU: 297 Categories: , , ,

Very nice condition, European button accordion in the keys of CF. This is unrestored. It features 25 faux piano keys but is diatonic. Both treble rows have 2 accidental buttons on the chin end. The treble and bass reeds are steel on brass plates. They have the “O” mark which were made by Dix I believe. The chord reedplates are a mixture of steel on brass and steel on aluminum. It will need all new valves, wax and tuning but all the reedplates are there and I didn’t see any broken reeds. The case is in excellent condition and has delicate filigree wood grills on both sides of the instrument. The bass side has 12 buttons in a 4 by 3 matrix.

The case is in excellent shape and the bellows tape show virtually no wear. The straps look old but may not be original. There is no case.

This is a little large for my tuning table so I am selling it unrestored.

This is also listed on ebay using a 1 week auction so don’t delay if you are interested in purchasing.

I have made a brief demo video here:
